A big congratulations to Dave Halstead, who claimed Division 1 with an excellent nett 69. A fine way to open the Medal season.
Equally, well played to Kevin Murray, winner of Division 2, also returning a strong nett 69. A great performance and a well‑deserved victory.
Because the club were unable to lift the placing in the rough ruling, the Medal competition reverted to a non‑qualifying event, and no handicap adjustments were made.
Next week’s competition will return to qualifying status.
